We’re proudly based in Australia — and most of our local orders are delivered within just a few business days.

For a limited time, we are offering free shipping on orders over AUD $120.

For orders below this threshold, a flat-rate shipping fee applies based on your destination:

Delivery timelines are estimates and do not include weekends, public holidays, or unexpected courier delays (e.g. weather, customs, or volume surges).

 

Additional Information

 

- Shipping fees are calculated on your order total before taxes and discounts.

Duties and import taxes may apply for international deliveries. These are determined by local customs authorities and are not within our control. Pavioti Jewellery is unable to reimburse these charges.
- All orders are dispatched on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Please allow additional time during sale or promotional periods.
- If a package is refused or returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the order once it arrives back at our facility—less the original shipping cost, return fees, and any duties or taxes incurred.
