Warranty
At Pavioti Jewellery, we take pride in the quality and durability of our jewellery. Each piece is thoughtfully designed to bring elegance and sophistication to your everyday life.
We offer a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and material faults only.
To claim the warranty, a proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
What’s covered:
- Loose or fallen stones (without signs of impact).
- Faulty clasps or closures due to manufacturing issues.
- Discolouration or plating problems resulting from production defects.
What’s not covered:
- Damage caused by impact, dropping or accidents.
- Tarnishing due to individual skin pH.
- Exposure to water, sweat, perfumes, lotions or chemicals.
- Breakage, bending, or wear from misuse.
- Scratches, stains, or signs of general wear and tear.
- Items repaired or altered by third parties.
- Items received as gifts, promotional, or part of a giveaway campaign.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
1. Email us at contact@paviotijewellery.com with:
- Your full name.
- Order number or purchase confirmation.
- Clear photos of the item and the issue.
2. We will provide the return instructions for the affected item to be sent to our business address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, the item will be repaired or replaced at no extra cost. We will cover the shipping of the repaired or replaced item back to you.
Important Notes
By submitting a warranty request, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- Item must be returned for physical inspection. We do not assess damage via photos.
- No refunds or exchanges will be offered for a different size, colour, or item.
- If the item is in stock and your warranty is approved, a replacement of the same item will be provided.
- If the item is out of stock or discontinued, you will receive a store credit equivalent to the original purchase price.
- Any modifications or third-party repairs void the warranty.
- Promotional items or products purchased during final sale events may not be eligible for warranty claims.
Jewellery Care Tips
To maintain the shine and longevity of your pieces:
- Avoid contact with water, perfume, lotion, sweat, and household chemicals.
- Remove jewellery before sleeping, showering, swimming, or exercising.
- Store pieces separately in a dry, dark place.
- Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after each wear.
