Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase from Pavioti Jewellery. However, if you’ve changed your mind, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. Please read the conditions carefully below.
Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in original condition — unworn and undamaged.
- Items must be returned with all original, unmarked packaging (including boxes and pouches).
- Items must be securely packaged for return shipping.
Non-Returnable/Refundable Items:
- Earrings, including ear cuffs, due to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Sale items or products marked as ‘Final Sale’ (excludes those purchased using a discount or promotional code).
- Shipping fees, duties, and taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Please note: Items that don’t meet the return policy will be sent back to you at your expense.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you believe you’ve received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at contact@paviotijewellery.com with the following:
- Your order number.
- 2–3 clear photos showing the fault or damage.
- A brief description of the issue.
We’ll review your request and provide next steps. Please also refer to our Warranty Policy to confirm if your item qualifies for a warranty claim.
How to Initiate a Return
Please email us at contact@paviotijewellery.com with your order number, photos (if applicable), and the details of the item(s) you wish to return.
Domestic Returns
We’re pleased to offer two return options:
1) Ship your return parcel (at your own cost) to a designated pickup address. Pavioti Jewellery does not provide a return shipping label for this option.
2) We create a return label for you to use for the return shipment. A flat fee of $9 AUD will be deducted from your refund.
International Returns
All international return shipping costs and responsibilities fall to the customer. We recommend returning your order with a tracking number and transit cover so that you are able to track your parcel.
We don't take responsibility for any parcels that are lost or damaged in transit on return to us. We also cannot refund international taxes and duties incurred in the event you wish to make a return.
Exchanges
We don’t have a formal exchange program. If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, we treat it as a return. You can then place a new order through our webshop for the item you’d like to receive in exchange.
